Java Ijen Grade 1 is grown in the highlands of East Java, Indonesia. High-quality coffee beans with a distinctive taste and aroma are grown in this area thanks to the volcanic soil and pleasant environment. Mount Ijen, a prominent feature in this area known for its stunning blue flames and turquoise sulfur lake, is the inspiration for the name of this coffee.
The unique taste profile of Java Ijen coffee, including notes of dark chocolate, caramel, and subtle citrus and floral notes, has made it popular among coffee lovers. These coffee beans are expertly picked before being cleaned and dried in the sun.
